What is included in the cost? – Gate security, transport of handicap and elderly persons as necessary, tables and chairs for ceremony and reception and maintenance of all garbage containers, as well as clean-up after the event. Price includes use of the grounds for the day, whether for a ceremony, reception or both.

Event hours – Mishala Leb books only one event per day. The facility opens at 10 AM; music and bar must close by 10 PM. Every effort should be made to vacate the premises by no later than 12 AM.

Booking Policies – A $1000.00 deposit is required to reserve a date at Mishala Leb with the balance due 10 days prior to the event to include a $300 damage deposit. If for any reason you must cancel your event, you are entitled to a $200 refund if the written cancellation is received 100 days prior to your event date.

Rehearsal – You are entitled to a rehearsal time of 1 hour sometime prior to your event, however, if a wedding is scheduled on the day you request your rehearsal, Mishala Leb will coordinate the rehearsal time.

Grand Pavilion Capacity – The capacity of our Grand Pavilion is 80-100, however, additional tents (not included) can be added to provide more covered seating if desired.

Food & Beverage – you may arrange to have any source you choose for your food and beverage. We can provide as much or as little in the way of food service as you desire for an additional charge. Alcohol may be served; however, a responsible adult should supervise distribution. Alcohol may not be sold on the premises.

Rental Items & Service – Mishala Leb will help you have your hearts desire. We will provide anything you need that we can obtain and set them up. The costs will be unique and clearly presented to you. We request you sign off on all requests and require the payment for these be made on the event day.

Linens & Skirting – For your convenience Mishala Leb rents linens and skirting at reasonable rates. We have many colors and sizes including napkins, overlays, etc. Orders for these should be made no later than 3 weeks before your event date.

Setup & Cleanup - Mishala Leb provides the number of chairs and tables that you require for up to 100 guests. You may set them up as you like or our staff will do this for you for a charge. You will need to remove all items that you wish to keep that evening unless other arrangements are made with Mishala Leb. Our staff will take care of the chairs and tables after the ceremony and reception as well as take care of all clean up.

Child Supervision – Children are welcome. Mishala Leb will help your reception or event be as child friendly as you wish. Mishala Leb provides staff to make sure your guests and our grounds go unharmed. We ask that children are superviced. Mishala Leb will provide additional staff and support for a charge based on your needs.

Mishala Leb staff at your event – Mishala Leb will have staff available to assist you at all times during your event.

Power Availability – Mishala Leb has ample power in the Grand Pavilion for all your needs.

Insect Control – Mishala Leb sprays the grounds with foggers designed to control mosquitoes, etc.

Parking Attendants – Mishala Leb will provide one gate security and additional staff will manage the parking lot to insure an orderly situation. Transportation will be provided for anyone needing assistance getting to the Grand Pavilion.

Pets – Are welcome as long as they are able to stay on the property.

Decorations –  You are welcome to bring in anything to decorate the Grand Pavilion and grounds. You may not tape, nail or fasten to the buildings or landscaping.

Bad Weather – Rain , Cold, Warm, Etc. – The Grand Pavilion has saved many rainy days.

Flowers – Mishala Leb has extensive gardens and natural back-drops. There are areas in the gardens for annual flowers. Mishala Leb can change the color of these flowers to match your celebration for an additional charge.

Kitchen – Mishala Leb has a full service kitchen, tap-water sink, oven/electric range, microwave and refregerator/freezer.

Outdoor Cooking (grills, etc.) – Our facility has a large stone built-in gas grill for cooking in the Grand Pavilion. A smaller grill is available at the activity pond.
